Maintenance Worker/HVAC Specialist – Permanent, full-time, 52 week/year, 8 hours/day.  Starting rate is negotiable with full-benefits.  Duties include maintenance associated with buildings and grounds and HVAC service and repair.  Maintenance duties include but not limited to electrical, plumbing, mowing, snow removal and sport field prep.  HVAC duties include but not limited to cleaning and servicing of all refrigeration equipment, boiler systems, and unit ventilators.  HVAC/Refrigeration certification is required.
